This specific role will be working on refrigeration racks, supermarket equipment while using a high degree of independent judgment. You will also be responsible for service documentation, demonstration of equipment for customer use, and will need to accurately order needed parts from vendors. To be qualified, all applicants must have 5+ years of experience with repairing and maintaining commercial refrigeration and / or commercial kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will have advanced diagnostic and repair skills for mechanical, electrical, controls, refrigeration, pneumatic and other systems, extensive knowledge of equipment, an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams, and own the tools applicable to the position. Candidates should exhibit strong teamwork, verbal, and written skills, and possess the ability to lead others. Superior customer service remains the backbone of Subcool Refrigeration Company, therefore your willingness and ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. A high school diploma and a valid drivers license are required.
